The selected Instagram stories will stay in a special “highlighted” section at the top of your Instagram business profile. They will remain there until you opt to remove them.
This works by clicking the ‘+ NEW’ button on your profile. You then choose from your latest stories what you want to highlight and create a new folder for them. After naming the folder of your highlighted stories, the folder name will show up under the highlight posts.

If your business has a brand hashtag that you like to encourage users to share in posts, you can follow it. This allows the most popular photos in the hashtag to show up on your timeline, as well as photos from those you follow.
